This course, developed by FSPCA, is the “standardized curriculum” recognized by FDA. Successfully completing
this course is one way to meet the requirements for a «preventive controls qualified individual”. A PCQI is a
professional who can manage Food Safety Plan at a facility in accordance with US FDA›s Food Safety Modernization
Act(FSMA). The course content is focused on the food safety activities and documentation that support the
development and implementation of a preventive controls Food Safety Plan. By participating in this course you
can demonstrate to FDA that you have taken training based on their recognized curriculum developed by the
